Have a look for " the one and only dualogic failure thread" it's here on forum somewhere. It boils down to you need a specialist in dualogic/ selespeed gearboxes. Hi chaps I have a mk2/2b with dualogic gear box have had some troubles with box sometimes selecting neutral which can be embarrassing and possibly dangerous, I have been advised by a fiat licenced garage to try changing the gearbox oil and check level. I understand that this is a special fiat
Points. 5. Feb 4, 2016. #2. The dualogic has special selespeed (sp) fluid under the heat shield covering the gearbox. Remove that and check for the level, cleanliness of the oil and any leaks. It is this oil you need to check rather than the gearbox oil itself. OP.

Today suddenly my Dualogic start having problems to engage Reverse and First gear from Neutral ( With R sounds like grinding noice) but on drive working fine on both ( A and M mode) . Any suggestions? WAYZxu.
